This policy covers the ohrtech.net website. Data handled by devices under a subscription is covered by your service agreement.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you place an order, send a message or email us, we receive what you provide: typically your name, email address, company, phone number, shipping address and the contents of your message.
• Visit statistics. If we measure visits to this site, we use a cookieless analytics service that counts page views and button clicks in aggregate. It does not set cookies or identify you.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, invoice you, answer your questions, and support the devices you use. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers needed to do those things: the payment processor that handles your card (we never see the card number), the service that delivers form submissions to us, and the carrier that ships your device. Each receives only what it needs.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires. Other messages are kept while they are useful for supporting you, and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ohrtech.net.
